Our Terms of Stay
Please go through our Terms of Stay below before you make your booking
- Our homes are only available for residential use. Any commercial, religious, political, anti-national or illegal activities, including the use of drugs, are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests are required to comply with all applicable laws and government regulations. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the authorities.
- Guests are prohibited from creating a nuisance to their neighbors or to the public, and are required to comply with the moral standards of the country.
- Guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the resident's association, where applicable.
- Guests are prohibited from subletting the property to any other person at any time.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their room and using all furniture (including beds, sofa cushions, and household appliances), furniture, and facilities (including electricity, water, cooking gas, and kitchen utensils) in a responsible manner during their stay. A cleaning fee of ₹2,000 will be charged if the property or its premises are found to be dirty or in an unhygienic condition at the time of check-out. A shampoo cleaning fee of ₹600 per seat will be charged if the sofa or divan cushions are soiled by the guest. Dirtying or scribbling on the walls is strictly prohibited and may result in a penalty. Parents/guardians are responsible for preventing their children from scribbling on the walls
- Guests are required to dispose of kitchen waste and plastic waste in the designated bins. Guests are prohibited from piling up waste inside the building or littering around the property. Any violation of these rules may result in a fine.
- Most of our homes are equipped with power inverters that provide a power backup of 1 to 5 hours. In the event of a power failure, guests are required to use the lights and fans sparingly in order to maximize the power backup. No additional batteries or generator backup will be provided.
- International guests are required to bring their own power plug adapters (travel adapters) and voltage converters in order to use their devices in Indian power plugs and sockets. India uses type C, D, and M power plugs and sockets.
- In the event that any household appliance (such as a refrigerator, air conditioner, mixer-grinder, or television) breaks down due to normal wear and tear, the establishment will use its best efforts to repair it as soon as possible. The establishment will only replace appliances if it is financially feasible and has been approved in advance by the property owner. The guest shall bear the costs of repairing or replacing any household appliances that break down due to misuse or carelessness by the guest.
- The check-in and check-out times are from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sundays.
- Upon check-in, guests are required to present the originals of their photo identification card, which must be either a passport, Indian voter ID card, or Aadhar card. A copy of the guest's photo identification card will be retained by the establishment for documentation and record-keeping purposes. Guests from other countries must also present a copy of their passport. Additionally, guests must submit a copy of their COVID-19 vaccination certificate or RT-PCR certificate.
- The full amount of rent for guests staying for less than two months must be paid in advance upon check-in. For guests staying for more than two months, rent is due and payable in advance each month.
- The security deposit or booking amount is only refundable at the time of check-out. Under no circumstances will the security deposit be offset against the rental amount.
- The maximum occupancy of a bedroom is three persons, two adults and one child (under the age of ten).
- The establishment may grant extensions of stay, subject to the availability of the property. Guests who wish to extend their stay are required to notify the establishment well in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for early check-outs.
- Guests are prohibited from making any alterations to the premises or its structure, or from erecting any temporary structures on the property. Temporary structures such as pandals and tents may only be erected on the property with the prior consent of the property managers and upon payment of the requisite charges.
- Guests are strictly not permitted to move out any items of the house (even temporarily).
- We are not responsible for the loss due to theft / robbery or damage of any valuables belonging to the guests. Guests are requested to keep their valuables safe including their vehicles in the property premises.
- Cancelation of bookings can to be done minimum 30 days before the check-in date and only 80% of the booking amount shall be refunded. 20% of the booking amount is retained towards admin chargees. Please note : No refunds shall be made for cancelations thereafter.
- Guests using the internet facility at our homes (wherever available), should be strictly within the cyber laws of India. The internet facility in our homes, should not be used for criminal activities like theft, fraud, forgery, cyber terrorism, IPR violations, credit card frauds, EFT frauds, pornography, defamation and mischief or any other cyber crime, which are subject to the Indian Penal Code.
- Visitor cannot stay overnight without our prior permission.
- Electricity charges are additional and calculated as per the actual consumption @ ₹9/- per unit for the first 500 units of consumption and thereafter @ ₹12/- per unit .
- Cooking Gas (LPG refill) will be provided on request by the guests at an additional cost as per the prevailing market rate plus transportation charges.
- 1 month DTH (TV) subscription is provided free of cost only for guests staying for 30 days or more. For stays lesser than 30 days, the guests will have to pay for the DTH subscription charges.
- Internet charges (wherever applicable) are additional and guests will have to pay for it.
- Subscription of newspapers and periodicals to the property address are generally discouraged. However in case a guest wants to subscribe to any newspaper or periodical, all dues of such subscription shall be cleared by the guest with the concerned vendors before checking-out from the property.
- At the time of vacating the premises, if the guests have caused any damage to the premises, fixtures or fittings, or items listed in the inventory such damages shall be recovered from the security deposit and any damages which exceeds the security deposit has to be compensated by the guests before vacating the premises.
- The guests will have to inform, atleast 2 hours in advance before checking-out of the property premises, and the keys of property has to be handed over to the property managers promptly.
- Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with terms and conditions agreed upon. Our staff has the right to dislodge any guest who violates any of the terms and conditions, without any refund.
